Your inquiries

The website’s inquiry tools prepare a message in your email or text app. You choose whether to send it. These forms do not submit your details to a website database or collect card information. Information you send to Jessica is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss the services you request. Your email or messaging provider also processes the message under its own policies.

Property research and technical information

The parcel finder uses public property and mapping services. Property searches are sent to the services needed to return results. The website host and service providers may process technical information such as request logs and network information to operate and secure their services. The public map is not a substitute for professional research, a survey, or confirmation from the relevant department or utility.

External links and sharing

Official resources, Instagram, and other external destinations operate under their own terms and privacy practices. The share button uses your device’s sharing features or copies a page link. Opening another service is your choice.

Video playback

The Highland Heights film uses a YouTube player that loads only after you press play. Loading and playing the video connects your browser to YouTube and Google services, which may process technical and playback information under their own privacy practices. You can also open the film directly on YouTube.

Development services

The $250 Development Readiness Review is a preliminary, educational 30-minute conversation. It is not a full feasibility study, appraisal, legal opinion, engineering review, financing commitment, or guarantee of approvals or investment results. Availability, scope, payment, and cancellation or rescheduling terms are confirmed directly before an engagement. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve an appointment.

Brokerage

Development advisory is provided through Smart Girl Developments. Real estate brokerage is provided through InvestSmartToday, LLC under a separate agreement. Commissions are negotiable. Equal Housing Opportunity.
