Jessica reviewed BZA feedback, met with the client and drawing team, coordinated with Metropolitan Zoning Administrator Joey Hargis, and organized the next hearing submission.
The revised five-sheet set was dated July 17 and sent by Jessica to Codes for the July 18 presentation. The public hearing results record a unanimous grant.
The verified milestone is the BZA appeal. This is not a claim of final construction, occupancy, or recorded HPR status. Drawing excerpts are project-history illustrations, not construction documents.
