For a dedicated learner, nonprofit leadership group or professional team that wants structured time to understand Nashville’s development processes and public institutions.
Start with the learning need.
Choose a program based on the participants, question and time commitment. A larger fee buys a defined teaching scope and deliverables. Public hearings, applications, advocacy and brokerage are separately scoped services.
A year of structured Nashville learning led by Jessica for one committed team.
12 months · 48 live hours shared by the team
Masterclass materials for up to 12 named learners
Twenty-four 90-minute workshops
Four 3-hour public-place or virtual field studies
Six educational issue briefs and four quarterly learning roadmaps
Forty-eight live hours shared by one team. Six briefs up to 3 pages each; four roadmaps up to 4 pages each. Four quarterly source refreshes for agreed themes.
Illustrative training output. This is a fictional example, not a client result or a promise that a particular project will be approved.
Learning objective
A nonprofit team wants to distinguish property zoning from adopted land-use policy and identify the next research questions for its site.
Working materials
A source log, vocabulary sheet and decision map record what the team reviewed, what it understands and what needs outside confirmation.
Applied exercise
Participants explain a fictional proposal, identify the relevant public body and prepare a concise question using the source material.
Review point
The team checks its explanation against the record, assigns unresolved research questions and sets a date to review what it learned.
Before making a larger commitment
Agree on a written learning objective, participant count, sample deliverable format, schedule and acceptance criteria. Jessica confirms the preparation, source refreshes, feedback limits and cancellation terms in the agreement. Published descriptions are proposed program scopes, not evidence of past client outcomes.

Fees cover the stated education, preparation and deliverables. Travel, transport, venues, meals, outside specialists and agency fees are excluded. Public-place field studies have a virtual alternative. No official attendance, access, professional accreditation, project approval or investment outcome is included.
Scope, schedule, payment milestones, cancellation and deliverable acceptance are agreed before work begins. The $50,000 residency may be paid in four $12,500 quarterly payments, each due before the quarter’s work under the signed agreement. Applicable tax and final payable amounts are confirmed before payment. Zelle is preferred.
