A 30-minute conversation directly with Jessica to frame your goal, identify questions to investigate and discuss a practical next step.
- Bring an address or idea and your most important questions.
- Leave the conversation knowing what to verify and which professionals may be needed.
- Includes a one-page recap of the key questions and agreed next steps within two business days after your completed review, counting Monday–Friday in Nashville. Any holiday adjustment is agreed in writing. Independent document research, a full report, a letter or a hearing appearance requires a separate scope.

The included attendance window starts at the agreed arrival time and includes waiting. Travel, another hearing date and time beyond the agreed window are included only if the written scope says so.
We request written approval of the added work and fee before exceeding the agreed limit. There is no automatic overtime charge. Without approval, our attendance commitment ends at the agreed time.
If the city postpones a hearing, we confirm the new date and our availability with you. The itemized agreement governs a credit or refund for unperformed work. Research already completed is identified so it is not charged twice when the same case returns.
Sending a request is free. The $250 property review is optional. Agree on the final scope, total fee, due dates and payment terms before paying.

One shared scope
Confirm the deliverables, document limits, revisions, dates, attendance time and any expenses. Additional work, rush timing, changed plans or another hearing needs an agreed scope and fee.
Clear payment terms
Zelle is preferred. Jessica confirms the recipient, final payable total, any applicable tax, due date and cancellation or rescheduling terms directly. A form submission is a request; it does not reserve a time or confirm payment.
Fees for defined work
Community and entitlement fees cover agreed work and time. They are not contingent on an approval or a favorable decision. We confirm fit, conflicts and applicable representation requirements before accepting the work.
No required add-ons
A learning package or $250 review is not a prerequisite for a custom service inquiry. If a combined assignment reuses research, ask for one coordinated scope so the work is clearly accounted for.
