How can a focused exterior refresh improve the presentation of two homes and prepare them for their next market introduction?
The proposal approach
Jessica prepared a coordinated design direction and visited Sherwin-Williams and Visual Comfort in Nashville to select paint and light fixtures for owner review. The proposal connects those selections with surface preparation, deck refinishing, landscape care, material sourcing, trade scheduling, and professional photography and filming after the work is complete.
Preliminary proposal, not a completed renovation. Existing-condition photographs and proposed design illustrations are labeled separately. The property address, visible house numbers, client details and private financial terms are withheld.

Preparation and finishes
The proposed scope covers cleaning and preparation, painting agreed exterior surfaces, refinishing existing decks and railings, trimming vegetation, refreshing planting beds, and selecting lighting and door hardware.

The proposed management scope brings together scheduling, access, material availability, pickups and deliveries, progress updates, visible-work reviews, cleanup and a final punch list.
Market preparation
