From $750One case and hearing, up to 1 hour of preparation and up to 2 hours of attendance, plus a brief outcome recap. Subject to authorization and the body’s rules.
See the service & example ↗Request this scope ↗The included attendance window starts at the agreed arrival time and includes waiting. Travel, another hearing date and time beyond the agreed window are included only if the written scope says so.
We request written approval of the added work and fee before exceeding the agreed limit. There is no automatic overtime charge. Without approval, our attendance commitment ends at the agreed time.
If the city postpones a hearing, we confirm the new date and our availability with you. The itemized agreement governs a credit or refund for unperformed work. Research already completed is identified so it is not charged twice when the same case returns.
Sending a request is free. The $250 property review is optional. Agree on the final scope, total fee, due dates and payment terms before paying.
Shape concise speaking notes and supporting points around your approved position. Coaching and a rehearsal can help you use the allotted time well.
If Jessica will attend or speak, agree on the body, case, date, authorization, preparation and attendance window. Check participation, representation and applicable registration requirements before accepting that scope.
Agree whether a post-hearing recap or follow-up is included. Waiting time, deferrals, continued hearings and additional appearances are addressed in the quote.
